Healing Without Your Local Pharmacy
The recipes presented here for your health are not well known to our modern society, and that’s a crime. These ideas and cures have been used successfully for thousands of years. What’s Ailing You?
Do you have a bad heart, arthritis or even a cold? You can strengthen the heart, lower your cholesterol, prevent heart attacks, and even help in preventing wheezing. The following ideas will help, just give them a try. They have no side effects, no warning labels and no danger of overdosing. One note: Please try to take the first dose on an empty stomach the first thing in the morning.

Heart disease. Take 1 teaspoon of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon and mix them together in a glass of warm water. Drink this first thing every morning on an empty stomach. This will reduce cholesterol, forestall heart attacks and fortify your heart.

Colds. Most of us get colds. They can be annoying and debilitating. Here’s a way to drastically shorten their stay. Mix a pinch of cinnamon with a teaspoon of honey in warm water. Drink this as often as needed for 3 straight days. I usually consume 8-10 glasses of this mixture. It also has a side benefit of purifying the sinuses.

Weight Loss. This one should be at the top of the list. For this one put 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a cup of boiled water. Let it steep for a while until you can drink it. This boosts your insulin level and will help metabolize the cholesterol and fatty acids in your body. You will then more easily flush these things out of your system.

Arthritis. This is an often painful and annoying condition that people suffer with because they don’t know that it can be treated with natural ingredients. Once again we find that the magic ingredients are simply 2 teaspoons of honey mixed with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Ingest this in the morning and once in the evening until you begin to feel results. Then keep it up, and you’ll be pain free forever.

Diabetes. The mixture of cinnamon and honey, consumed daily, will help regulate your blood sugar levels.

Cholesterol. For those who have the wrong level of cholesterol in their system, you can use honey and cinnamon to change the enzymes into those that promote the good kind of cholesterol. In one quart of warm filtered water, mix in 2 Tablespoons of honey an 3 teaspoons of cinnamon. Sip it throughout your day and your doctor will be surprised the next time you visit him.

Bladder inflammations. Your bladder is a wonderful machine that helps filter lots of junk out of you. It’s a repository for waste products, and sometime it can get overworked and inflamed. The mixture of 1 teaspoon of honey and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon will help to destroy the destructive bacteria in your bladder. It’s also a wonderful potable for your bladder in general. Drink this at least once a week to help keep your bladder healthy.
